Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the conduct we expect from all registered therapists and coaches using the Rorshack platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and invalidation of all associated client tokens.

1. Professional Use Only

The Rorshack therapist portal is for use by licensed therapists, psychologists, social workers, counsellors, and professional coaches. You may only generate client files for individuals who are your active clients within a professional therapeutic or coaching relationship. Generating files for personal use, for third parties outside a professional relationship, or on behalf of another practitioner without their knowledge is not permitted.

2. Informed Consent

Before sending a Rorshack file to any client, you must ensure the client understands: (a) the file uses AI to generate coaching responses; (b) session data is stored only on their device; (c) the tool is not a substitute for therapy; and (d) crisis resources are provided automatically if the AI detects language suggesting risk. Obtaining and documenting informed consent is your professional responsibility.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Rorshack platform to:

• Generate files for individuals who are not your clients
• Provide access to the therapist portal to unlicensed individuals
• Misrepresent your professional credentials during registration
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce Rorshack's AI prompts, system design, or proprietary content
• Circumvent client token deactivation controls or tamper with generated HTML files
• Use the platform to facilitate or enable abuse, harassment, or exploitation of clients
• Share or resell generated client files to other practitioners or third parties
• Automate account creation or portal access via scripts or bots
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable professional ethics codes or licensing regulations

4. Client Safety

You must not deploy Rorshack with clients for whom AI-assisted communication coaching poses a clinical risk, including but not limited to clients in acute crisis, clients with active psychosis, or clients where AI interaction may cause confusion or harm. You are responsible for monitoring and responding to client feedback about their experience with the tool.

5. Data and Security

You must maintain the security of your therapist portal credentials. Do not share your login with colleagues or staff — each practitioner must have their own account. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately at hello@rorshack.com.

6. Compliance with Law

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Rorshack complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA (if applicable), your professional licensing board's rules on technology-assisted practice, and any jurisdiction-specific requirements for electronic communication with clients.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of misuse of the Rorshack platform — including use by unlicensed individuals or use that may harm clients — please report it at hello@rorshack.com.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts where violations are found. In cases involving potential client harm, we may report concerns to relevant licensing boards or authorities as required by law.
