These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rorshack platform ("Services"), operated by Rorshack ("we," "us," "our"). By creating a therapist account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The therapist portal is available only to licensed therapists, psychologists, social workers, counsellors, and professional coaches operating within the scope of their licence. By registering, you represent that you hold a valid professional licence or credential applicable to your jurisdiction and that you are at least 18 years of age.
Rorshack provides a platform that allows licensed professionals to generate personalised, single-file AI-powered communication coaching tools for their clients. Each generated HTML file operates entirely on the client's device. Rorshack is a between-session support tool — it is not a therapy service, crisis service, or replacement for professional clinical care.
You remain solely responsible for the clinical appropriateness of deploying Rorshack with any individual client. This includes but is not limited to:
Access to the therapist portal is provided on a per-client, per-month basis at the rate published on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to registered therapists.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful, clinically appropriate purposes consistent with your professional obligations. You must not use Rorshack to generate files for individuals who are not your clients, misrepresent your credentials, circumvent client token deactivation, or attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI prompts or system architecture. Rorshack includes automated crisis language detection that surfaces 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) and Crisis Text Line when a client's input suggests immediate risk. This feature is a safeguard only — it does not constitute clinical crisis intervention. You must have your own crisis protocols in place and inform clients of emergency resources independently.
Rorshack's architecture is designed to avoid transmission or storage of Protected Health Information (PHI) on our servers. A Business Associate Agreement is available upon request for practices requiring formal HIPAA documentation. Availability of a BAA does not guarantee HIPAA compliance for your practice — you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.
The Rorshack platform, including all software, prompts, designs, and content, is owned by Rorshack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The generated HTML files are licensed to you for use with your clients only. You may not resell, sublicence, or redistribute the files or the platform.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or clinically appropriate for any particular client. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rorshack's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including clinical outcomes, client harm, or third-party claims.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rorshack from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or breach of your professional duties in connection with any client.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all client tokens associated with your account will be invalidated. You may delete your account at any time from your portal settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
